Dinner tonight and a new layout

First, the new layout. Blogger forced me to upgrade to their new system, so in the process I decided it was time for a change. Hence, the new layout.

Now, for dinner.

I have discovered that the best meals come from simple, good ingredients.

Tonight for dinner I had Rice with Lamb Loin and Broccoli with Sage and Thyme.

Thats it. Rice. Lamb. Broccoli. Sage. Thyme. Maybe some salt and pepper.

It tasted amazing. Dinner doesn't have to be complicated or technique-intensive, although both of those are fun. Sometimes, fresh and simple is best.

Rice with Lamb Loin and Broccoli with Sage and Thyme

1 Lamb loin chop, grilled then cut off the bone into chunks

1/2 of broccoli, steamed then sautee-finished

1/2 cup long grain rice, cooked

1 leaf of sage, chopped

1 sprig of thyme, chopped

salt and pepper

Mix.

Eat.

This is my kind of recipe - easy. Maybe it will be my first true foray into offline interaction with Greg's Food.
